Thermography
See the heat. Track the inflammation. Measure the recovery.

Inflammation is an essential part of healing and recovery. But when inflammatory activity becomes excessive, persistent, or uneven, it can be a sign that an area of the body is under greater stress.
Thermography provides a noninvasive way to visualize and track patterns of skin temperature throughout the body — another valuable window into what may be happening beneath the surface.
A Visual Map of the Body
Thermography uses a specialized infrared camera to detect temperature differences across the skin. The result is a color-coded thermal image that lets us compare temperature patterns from one side of the body to the other and identify areas that are unusually warm or cool.
Rather than simply asking “where does it hurt?”, we can add objective information showing where thermal patterns differ.
Track Healing & Recovery Over Time
One of thermography's greatest advantages is repeatability. A baseline image can be compared with future images to observe whether thermal patterns are changing, improving, remaining stable, or becoming more pronounced — especially useful for monitoring recovery following exercise, physical stress, or injury.
Measure Before You Guess
Thermography does not diagnose the cause of inflammation or replace appropriate medical imaging or evaluation when needed. It gives us another objective measurement to combine with physical examination, laboratory testing, body composition, fitness testing, and brain and nervous-system assessment — guiding personalized recommendations across exercise, recovery, red light therapy, cold therapy, massage, traction, and nutrition.
Our approach
Identify the pattern.
Understand the stress.
Personalize the recovery program.
Measure again.
