Body Composition Testing
Measure your body. Track your progress. Optimize your performance.

The scale only tells you how much you weigh — not what that weight is made of. Two people can weigh exactly the same yet have completely different levels of muscle, body fat, hydration, metabolic health, fitness, and physical performance.
If you want to optimize your body, you first need to know exactly where you are — and then measure how your body changes over time.
More Than Body Weight
These measurements let us look beyond pounds gained or lost and determine what is actually changing inside your body.
Muscle Matters
Maintaining healthy skeletal muscle is important for strength, mobility, glucose regulation, metabolic health, physical performance, injury resilience, independence, and healthy aging.
A person can lose weight while also losing valuable muscle. Conversely, someone beginning a strength program may see little change on the scale while losing fat and gaining muscle. Without body composition testing, those important changes are easily missed.
Measure Every Month
One measurement gives us a starting point; repeated measurements give us a direction. Body composition should be measured regularly — often monthly in an active optimization program — and charted over time. If the numbers are moving the right way, we continue. If they are not, we adjust the program.
Our approach

Chart.
Personalize.
Train.
Recover.
Measure again.
Optimize.
